Following a very successful pilot project funded by the Methodist Church of Great Britain, TCC was formed as a new and independent organisation. We are part of the Methodist family and have developed an in-depth understanding of church structures, charitable governance, and related subjects. We have built up a suite of tools and approaches that have been very effective in churches of many denominations, and other community organisations.
Our service is based on outreach and support provided on a needs led basis. Our core belief is that TCC is an enabler, and seeks to empower the people it works with to develop their skills, knowledge and experience to do their best for their communities. Sustainability and self-determination is always at the forefront of our support.
