-To understand the existing barriers to volunteering from the organisation’s perspective as well as volunteers.
- To build confidence when accepting non-traditional volunteers.
- Insight of the journey of the volunteers who might need extra support.
- Evaluation of your recruitment process and what can be possibly changed.
- Peer-to-Peer Support.
By the end of the session, you will be able to understand how to overcome some of the barriers to working with volunteers who might need extra support.
